Ruthless roots!


1) What have you learnt about roots during your science this term?

  2. First you put a seed in commpost then sometimes you water it then it grows and grows.... Until it is a plant.
    I know that because I planted lots of plants before we started learning about this and was wondering if I could bring some of my carrots here when they have grown

  4. I have learnt that roots has an important job to bring up the water from the soil. Also I know that different vegetables grow from different parts of the plants the roots bring up nutrients and if the roots are broken or are not working properly the plant might not survive.

  5. the plant need seeds and let them growing by the sun and the ran then they are grown then tiny hair stared to growing and it is called roots I think that when you buy them in shops and market they cut it one the top like a carrot but it has only a little bit one the top

  6. 1) the roots are very long and if they die then the plant will die too.
    2) I now that a stem keeps the plant still.

  7. An garlic is from the blurb it because it's shaped like a blurb and miss Collin's told us. It smell very strange and a bit alfawl it's also very, very, very, strong!
